Kinaxia are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager join their team at their state of the art, brand new warehouse at DIRFT. Kinaxia are a leading Logistics Business supplying Transport and Warehousing across the UK
Roles and Responsibilities of the Warehouse Shift Manager:
- Leading the team by having a presence in the warehouse and ensuring safety is paramount
- Planning volumes and required hours on a daily basis
- Managing warehouse tasks hourly to ensure the plan delivers service
- Identifying and delivering efficiencies within the warehouse processes
- Consistently managing to BRC standards
Key skills of the Warehouse Shift Manager:
- Previous experience within warehouse operations
- Setting & maintaining high standards
- Comfortable within a changing & growing environment
- Good leadership & communication skills
- Computer Literate with various applications to include WMS & excel
