HGV Licences

Our apprenticeship programmes are a great way to develop your skills while continuing in your role. They combine practical, on-the-job learning with structured training and recognised qualifications. We offer a range of Apprenticeships available at various levels (typically Level 2 to Level 7, including degree-level options)

Category C (Class 2) – rigid vehicles

Category C+E (Class 1) – articulated vehicles

Licence upgrades and refresher training

MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment) Training

We provide accredited training to ensure safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment.

Health, Safety & Compliance Training

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance across all sites.

Courses include:

IOSH Managing Safely – for managers and supervisors

NEBOSH qualifications – advanced health and safety training

First Aid at Work – essential life-saving skills

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) – supporting wellbeing in the workplace

Fire Marshal training – fire safety awareness and emergency response

Food Safety & Hygiene – for relevant operational roles

FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) – industry best practice in fleet operations

OLAT Refresher Courses (Operator Licence Awareness Training) — one-day courses (introductory or refresher) on operator licensing responsibilities, compliance, and Traffic Commissioner guidance. These help protect the company’s Operator Licence and are aimed at transport managers and operational staff.

CPC Qualifications

For our driving and transport teams, we offer ongoing training to maintain compliance and support professional development.

Driver CPC — periodic training (35 hours every 5 years) to maintain professional driving competence and keep up to date with legislation and best practice.

Manager CPC (Transport Manager CPC) — the formal qualification required for individuals acting as Transport Managers, covering operations, compliance, and legislation in depth (with exams).
